2. Al-Abir Fragrances | Return & Cancelation Policy

At Al-Abir Fragrances, we want you to love your scent. If you change your mind, our policy is fully compliant with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, offering you a 14-day right to cancel and return your order.

You have the right to cancel your online purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your goods, without giving any reason.

Return Conditions (Hygiene & Safety)

Due to hygiene and health protection reasons, perfumes and fragrances can only be returned if they are:

  • In their original, intact cellophane packaging with all security seals unbroken.

  • In a fully resalable condition.

⚠️ Important: Once the plastic wrap, security seal, or box of a fragrance has been opened, it cannot be resold. Therefore, opened bottles are exempt from the 14-day change-of-mind return policy. We highly recommend purchasing sample sizes to test scents before opening full-sized bottles.

How to Return Your Item
