How safe in my credit card information?

Once your order is processed, all financial information is between your financial institution and the merchant gateway used to process your credit card. We never view or save any credit card information. Therefore, your information is secured from any third parties.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we ship worldwide, If your country is not listed in the list of destination on checkout, please contact us either via live chat or email.

What is your returns policy?

What are the shipping costs?

We try our best to dispatch all items within 24 hours of the order being received, during busy periods it may take up to 48 hours.  All our parcels are sent via MyHermes as standard signed for recorded delivery at the cost of £3.50.  International shipping costs vary. 

How long till I receive my order?

An estimate of 2-3 working days from the point of dispatch. However, once the order is shipped, MyHermes is responsible for delivering the item to you and we cannot control their delivery time. 

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can track your order with the 16-digit number which will be emailed to you when it is dispatched. 

I missed my delivery. What next?

MyHermes will only deliver to the address specified and will not leave the item with a neighbour.  If no one is at home to accept the item, then MyHermes will leave a card advising that an attempted delivery was made and provide details for re-arranging delivery for another day. It is advised that you contact MyHermes if you have missed the delivery.
